20% of your package cost is required to book any package as a token amount.
30% of your package cost is required to pay after you get your Hotel Confirmation Vouchers.
The remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For Domestic Package:
Between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 75% of your package cost is refundable.
Between 14 to 07 days prior to departure, 50% of your token amount is refundable.
Within 07 days before arrival, no show, no refund.
Before 30 days prior to arrival date, the package cost is refundable
For International Package:
Once the booking is confirmed, no refund is available.
NOTE: A 5% file charge will be applicable on your package cost for any kind of cancellation at any time.

All correspondence(s) regarding Tours/Travel Service bookings should be addressed to OHO Travels.
All refunds regarding Tours/Travel Service bookings would be addressed within 7 days of cancellation.
All itineraries mentioned in the package are tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
There is no refund for unutilized services.
Coach tickets, ferry tickets, internal flights, and sightseeing are non-refundable once issued.
The rate of exchange will be considered on the day you make the final payment.
If you cannot reach on time, it will be considered a no-show & no refund will be given. In SIC & Private Transfer basis, the driver will wait only for 10 minutes.
The vehicle is booked as per the itinerary only. Extra kilometers or reroute of itinerary will be charged additionally.
Cooking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in heavy penalties.
WiFi may not be available in rooms and can only be accessed in public areas like the hotel lobby.
OHO Travels or the Hotel Team will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables/passports. We are not responsible for any consequences during the Visa process, on tour, or at the airport in case of passport damage.
Carefully read emails and understand their contents and prices. Email conversations will be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
Wearing a mask and carrying a sanitizer is recommended.
Match all your travel vouchers and flight tickets to your original passport. Any mismatch should be updated at least one week before the travel date. Otherwise, it is not the responsibility of the travel agent.
Take care of belongings before leaving the car or hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss.
As per the Government of India's directive, all Indian/Foreign Nationals must provide proper identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include: Passport & Visa together, Voters ID card, Current Drivers License. All documents must include a photograph.
Hotel/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
For extra adults, many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds. Inform us in advance if you prefer an extra bed.
It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies or serious health issues, inform us in advance.
Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts. Inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 hrs, and checkout time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in the cost. Contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout.
Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or WiFi. These charges should be paid at the hotels.
If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis in a buffet or fixed meal credit. Any items not in the ideal Buffet/Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption.
Breakfast timing is 07 AM to 09 AM & Dinner timing is 07 PM to 10 PM. Confirm timing with hotel management before.
If the vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. Minor problems will be repaired quickly. Kindly cooperate.
We are not responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or similar incidents.
AC will not work in all hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.
The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets that can create traffic jams. Normal working hours for the driver are 10 hrs. Inform us in advance if you need services for more than 12 hours a day.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety risks. Kindly cooperate.
Pickup and drop points will be one only. Mention multiple pickups and drops in email conversations before booking.
For multiple visits to a particular place, inform us in advance as some places have high parking charges.
Tour destinations/routes cannot change without prior notice. Amended route and tour destination rates may change.
Rates are subject to change depending on the fluctuation of Diesel/Petrol prices in India & high demand on particular dates, which may cause variation in transport and other entity rates. If prices increase more than 5%, the rate will be increased at the time of booking even if rates are confirmed earlier.
OHO Travels reserves the right to provide a similar car if the booked car is unavailable.
At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads/shopping markets/mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all/some bigger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination along with time restrictions. In such situations, guests must arrange another available mode of transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the package.
Sometimes vehicle parking areas are far from sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
The vehicle will be permitted for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional, off-route, or substitute sightseeing, contact the company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. For excursions, inform the company in advance or discuss these with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in case of issues with a particular place, adjustments can be made.
No refund for short stays or unused facilities.
No cancellation or refund will be made if situations are beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, natural disasters, fire, embargo, government acts, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, strikes, airline/rail/bus/hotel/transport issues, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or similar causes.
The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.
If your travel documents have errors or mismatches, update the company at least one week before your travel date. Otherwise, it’s not the company's responsibility.
All rights are reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without notice.
The company reserves the right to change the package cost due to hikes in tariffs & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service provided.
Verbal commitments are not applicable as they cannot be authenticated. The company is only committed to the services in writing.
All claims, disputes, and litigation relating to the tours arranged or coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow only.
